School of Nuclear Medicine Technology:
Tuition Payment for Certificate Program
Students who are not enrolled in affiliate college/university degree programs pay tuition to Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Northwestern Memorial Hospital does not administer federal financial aid. Full tuition for non-affiliated students is due on July 15th, the month preceding the start of the program. Tuition statements will be provided to each student upon acceptance to the program.
Advance Tuition Deposit
Upon acceptance into the program, non-affiliated students are required to pay a tuition deposit of $250. The deposit will be deducted from the total tuition.
Tuition Payment Plan
Northwestern Memorial Hospital offers a payment plan to students, which allows tuition charges to be paid in three partial installments:
College/University Affiliate Program
Tuition payment is arranged with the affiliated college or university and is paid to the student’s home institution.
Northwestern Memorial Hospital does not administer federal financial aid; however, students currently attending affiliated colleges/universities may be eligible for financial aid through their home institution's financial aid program.
NM Academy Non-Affiliate Student Refund Policy
Upon written request by the student to the Registrar, tuition may be refunded as follows:
Percent of Nuclear Medicine Program full tuition ($7,500) refunded based on number of weeks attended;
1 -2 weeks 50 percent
3 weeks 25 percent
4 weeks 0 percent
A student dismissed or suspended from NM Clinical Schools is not entitled to a tuition refund.
Affiliate Student Refund Information
In the event the student withdraws from the university/college affiliate program and/or the Institution, the student tuition will be adjusted in accordance with the Tuition Refund Policy of the Institution as published in the Institution's catalog, and payment will be made to the Hospital on a prorated basis so that Hospital and Institution share equitably in the loss.
